Rotary Infeed Table

Description

This unit consists of a stainless steel frame with a rotating disc.  A cross-bar is situated above the disc with adjustable flippers which will guide the bottles to the out-feed point of the table.  Operators simply place bottles onto the table in the upright position and the bottles will exit automatically onto the product conveyor.

Electric Hand Held Capper

The caps are placed by hand.  This unit has an adjustable torque setting, which will enable you to set the desired torque that you require for your container and cap. 

Each time the trigger is depressed and the unit is applied with pressure onto the bottle by the operator, the cap will be tightened to the pre-set torque. A tapered silicone rubber insert on the capping head transfers the torque from the motor the cap. This rubber is a consumable.

Change part heads are available for different cap sizes. A balancing unit is also supplied, so that the cap torque unit can be suspended by means of a spring loaded cable from an elevated arm. An additional stand can be supplied.  This means that the operator can simply pull the unit down onto a container without having to continually support its weight.
